Each product has a planning sheet that you can download. Enter what you will need for your project and email it back to us. We’ll send you a written quote with payment information. We accept the major credit cards.

Shipping

Shipping on our products to the continental USA is free. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is extra, and quoted by project. We don’t ship directly outside the USA. We will ship to your freight forwarder in the USA.

Returns

You are ordering products that are custom made for you.That’s why we charge you before shipping. Once an order is placed in production it cannot be recalled. That’s why there are no refunds or exchanges. Double-check your order to make sure it’s correct.

State Sales Tax

If we are shipping to a Texas address we will charge sales tax, unless you send an exemption form.
