Our Policies

The items you purchase from us are custom made, so there are some differences from buying most items.

The first thing you must do is be very careful in proofing your order. Be certain that you have the correct fabric, sizes and options entered in your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

This is because when we send your order to the factory it is a done deal. We will charge your payment card when we send the order in.

They will manufacture your order and ship it. They nearly always ship in two weeks or less. If there is a problem and it will take longer, we will let you know.

We can't accept returns or offer refunds. If we or the factory make an error, of course we will correct it. But if the shade doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can’t return it for a refund.

Some companies advertise that they will remake shades if you make an error in measurement. That costs money, so they markup their products accordingly. Instead, we try to offer the best price for a quality product.

If you make an error, we’ll try to help you correct it. If we make an error we’ll correct it at our expense.
